Influential Not-for-profit celebrates the spirit of Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV – 11 August, 2009: The Junior League of Las Vegas, Inc. (JLLV), a women’s volunteer organization committed to developing the potential of women and improving the community, is proud to be hosting Bubbles, Baubles, and Bites to celebrate the spirit of Las Vegas.

The event will take place on September 26, 2009 from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm, under the stars at the Flamingo Pool.  Bubbles, Baubles & Bites is a fun and fashionable party with food and merchandise from local merchants. Attendees come to the event to shop, drink, mix, mingle and have fun.  Bubbles, Baubles & Bites is also an important fundraiser for the Junior League of Las Vegas, a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization. In the past 60 years, the Junior League of Las Vegas has spearheaded and developed programs including the Ronald McDonald House, Lied Children’s Discovery Museum, HELP of Southern Nevada, D.A.R.E., the Shade Tree Shelter and CAS (Community Alternative Sentencing Program).  Our Education Grants program has provided more than $400,000 to teachers in Clark County schools since its inception in 1985, and numerous other Junior League projects have touched the lives of thousands of children and families in Southern Nevada. 

Tickets are only $50 now through August 31st and $65 thereafter.  The ticket price includes a glass of sparkling wine at entry and complimentary h’ourderves.
